How do I donate goods or schedule a pickup?

Visit our Donate Goods page to see what we accept, then head to Schedule a Pickup to choose a convenient date and time. We come to your home or office, handle all the loading, and provide a tax receipt on the spot.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes! Rio Al Mar Missions International is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All monetary and in-kind donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. We provide written acknowledgment receipts for all donations.

What items do you accept for in-kind donations?

We accept gently used clothing, electronics (laptops, phones, tablets), hardware and tools, flat-screen TVs, furniture, toys and games, kitchen items, books and media, and more. Items should be in good working condition.

How do I volunteer for a mission trip?

Visit our Volunteer page and fill out the interest form. Select the roles you're interested in (drivers, Mexico mission trips, product promoters, social media posters). Our team will reach out with next steps including training information.

Where does Rio Al Mar operate?

Our primary focus is Mexico and Latin America, where we run medical outreach missions, church planting initiatives, essential aid distribution, and disaster relief efforts. We also support global missions including Ukraine civil defense.

How is my financial donation used?

Every dollar goes directly toward humanitarian missions — medical supplies, construction materials, food and water distribution, and logistics. As a volunteer-driven organization, we keep administrative overhead to an absolute minimum.

Do you offer corporate donation matching or partnerships?

Yes. We welcome corporate partnerships, donation matching programs, and workplace giving campaigns. Contact us to discuss how your organization can get involved.

Can I donate to a specific project?
